Create a non-exiting parse outcome.

Parameters:

  • error (String) (defaults to: "") —

    failure message.

  • show_usage (Boolean) (defaults to: true) —

    whether help should accompany the error.

  • detail (Array<String>) (defaults to: []) —

    extra failure details.
