    Server identity, discovered tools, authorization boundaries, and execution limits for MCP.

    audit?: (entry: Omit<AuditEntry, "time">) => void

    Called after every run, for an audit log.

    cwd?: string

    Working directory tools run in (default: the server's).

    instructions?: string

    Instructions for the agent, e.g. the tools directory's description.

    maxOutput?: number

    Keep at most this many bytes of a tool's stdout and stderr (0: all).

    name: string

    Server name shown to clients (e.g. the tools directory's name).

    positionalsOrder?: "first" | "last"

    Positionals before or after options (default: first).

    timeoutMs?: number

    Kill a tool after this long (0: never).

    tools: Tool[]

    Discovered, schema-loaded tools offered by the server.

    version?: string

    Server version advertised to clients.

    within?: string[]

    Path-valued arguments must resolve inside these directories.
